OpenAI Update

Federal law turns out to be kind of important.

Previously, I wrote about a minor adventure trying to obtain OpenAI’s 2022 IRS Form 990. Well, I finally got it—not the way I should have, and not according to what the law says, but better late and unlawfully than never.
